Clay is a long time fan of Doctor Who but only became engaged in the fandom in the past few years. He attends conventions presenting on panels and cos-playing and generally loves to engage all aspects of the fandom as deeply as possible.When he is not doing his day job, running a non-profit, he spends his time acting, writing, and is the co-host of The Geeklectic Show.

Stephen is a husband, a stay-at-home-dad for a precocious 7 year old future TARDIS Companion, cosplayer & a podcast host for The Geeklectic Show. When he isn't in full on daddy mode he can be found watching sports and/or Sci Fi,or submerged in some form of pop culture.
Children's Programming Coordinator
Alice is a teacher by daylight, nerd by moonlight. In her day job, she teaches students of all ages who struggle with reading and language comprehension. She's appeared in fan films and a documentary about cosplay, and she has been attending all sorts of different conventions and cosplaying (Transformation Sequence Cosplay) since she was just about young enough to attend the children's programming track herself.

Decca is a cosplayer with a full-on addiction to masquerades. Beyond that, she’s passionate about making a cosplay community that’s inclusive, diverse, and supportive. She's run a number of panels on issues related to cosplay diversity at Who conventions around the country and is excited to bring what she's learned to Coal Hill.

Academic Programming Coordinator
While a longtime fan of the Superhero Genre and Sci Fi Genre (Specifically Doctor Who), only in recent years has Dustin started going to Doctor Who conventions and Cosplaying. Over the last ten years he has worked in local, state, and national politics. During this time serving in a multitude of positions from volunteer-staff, being involved in many events and presentations on important matters of the day. He also has done projects and programs supporting nonprofits and historical organizations.

Hi, I’m Jennifer and I love traversing time and space with the Doctor and my friends. I work as a graphic designer and fine artist who has created several logo, print, and web designs I’m excited to be working on Coal Hill Con and all of the adventures to come. Veni, vidi, vici!
James is a life-long lover of Science Fiction and Fantasy since the early 1970s. He first watched Doctor Who in the early 80s when he moved to New England. James is on the Masquerade staff for Arisia since 2010, and has presented panels and workshops at Arisia, and other cons. He is a cohost on Sci-Fi Journal, a public access television show in Rhode Island. He has worked in TV and Film production with extensive experience in everything A/V tech related.

Christine is an actress, costumer, and award winning cosplayer. (Pond Life Cosplay) Currently, she is living the dream as the Associate General Manager of the St. Luke's Theatre an Off-Broadway Theatre just steps off the Great White Way. Christine attends several conventions a year giving presentations and workshops. She teaches and encourages others in their dreams of cosplay and promotes healthy fandom.
Justin M. Whitmore
Those who know Justin can tell many a story. They’ll tell you how he fought a duel in the middle of a hurricane, talked his way into Hogwarts castle with fashion tips, proposed to Queen Elizabeth, helped rescue her father, spent an evening impressing revolutionary war soldiers, and then hung out with Santa Claus. He brought Colin Baker coffee six months late, and proposed marriage via epic quest.
